Patricia L. Blake is a retired Los Angeles Police Department officer with more than three decades of service. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from California State University Northridge and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Her work in law enforcement and her partnership with Mocha Latte form the foundation of the books.
